1General Terms & Conditions

2xx (also known as bundles.vin or 2xx.vin) is an international online gaming and betting platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between the user ("you") and 2xx ("we", "us", "our").

• Only one account per person is permitted. If the same individual is found to operate multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.
• Use a strong password when creating your account. Never share your login credentials with anyone.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact 2xx Support immediately.
• Keeping your account secure is your own responsibility. 2xx is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access.
• If your personal details change (such as phone number or email), update your account promptly.

3Age Verification & KYC Process

KYC (Know Your Customer) is an identity verification process in line with international standards. KYC verification is mandatory on 2xx before making withdrawals and when certain thresholds are exceeded.

• Proof of Identity: A clear photo of your National ID, passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 3 months.
• Payment Verification: Proof of ownership of the mobile banking account or card used.

KYC document verification is typically completed within 24–72 hours of submission. If verification fails, additional documents may be requested. Deliberately submitting false documents will result in permanent account closure.

5Withdrawal Policy & Process

2xx's withdrawal process is transparent and secure. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–5 business days, though most are completed within 24 hours.

• A completed KYC verification is required before making any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply. Large withdrawal amounts may require additional verification.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless 2xx grants an exception for specific reasons.
• If an event is cancelled or does not take place, the relevant bet will be voided and the original stake refunded.
• Odds change rapidly in Live Betting. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are final.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 2xx reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If evidence of match fixing or any other irregular activity is found, the associated bets will be voided.
• A maximum betting limit may apply for a single event.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 2xx platform. Engaging in any of them may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Acting with the intent to abuse a bonus or promotion.
• Attempting to make unauthorized modifications to the platform's software or systems.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Harassing other users or engaging in inappropriate conduct.
• Intentionally exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs.

9Account Suspension & Closure Policy

2xx reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Submitting false or forged documents during KYC verification.
• Where evidence of suspicious or fraudulent transactions is found.
• At the direction of law enforcement authorities.

In the event of account closure, a refund of valid deposited funds (excluding bonuses) will be attempted; however, funds may be forfeited if the closure results from a breach of these Terms.
